After earning a Bachelor of Science in Management from St. John Fisher College, Rick began his financial services career at Home Life Insurance Company. There, he began a longstanding relationship with the employees of local businesses and corporations in the Syracuse area by helping them manage their pension plans and life insurance needs. He continues to specialize in working with current and retired clients.
Prior to joining Stifel in 2017, Rick served as a financial advisor at A.G. Edwards/Wachovia Securities from 1998 to 2008 and Morgan Stanley from 2008 to 2017.

Community Involvement
Rick’s passion for working with his clients is equaled only to his dedication to his community and his family. Rick is a past lector and active member of Saint Elizabeth Ann Seton Church. He is also a former member of the fundraising committee that helped build Seton Hall, a community center that serves the Saint Elizabeth Ann Seton Church parish. Rick was also a past board member of the Baldwinsville YMCA, where he served for 10 years.
He remains an original and proud investor in the Syracuse Crunch, a professional ice hockey team in the American Hockey League and the primary development affiliate of the Tampa Bay Lightning.

Dan began his wealth management career in 2005 and joined Stifel in 2016. Prior to joining Stifel, he worked at Wells Fargo Advisors and Morgan Stanley. Dan is dedicated to creating customized financial strategies that align with his clients’ ever-changing needs. He specializes in helping clients pursue their retirement goals.
Dan earned a Bachelor of Science from Le Moyne College, where he also played basketball and golf. Dan was named to Forbes’ Best-in-State Next-Gen Wealth Advisors list in 2023. He holds Series 7, 9 & 10, and 66 securities licenses.
Dan and his wife live in Skaneateles, where they keep busy with their two young boys.

Mary began in the financial services industry with Prudential Securities in 1996 and joined Stifel in 2017. As the first point of contact, Mary primarily serves as the liaison between Rick and his clients. She is responsible for overseeing all administrative and operational activities while coordinating the information needed to analyze and evaluate client needs.
She holds Series 7 and 63 securities licenses as well as life and variable insurance licenses.
